Join us for an afternoon of unlimited possibility, creativity, and collaboration. Our workshop is hosting an afternoon glass working session that is sure to blow your mind!

• Skill Level: Beginner.

• Description: In this class you will learn the do’s and don’t’s, safety and hazards, and the equipment of lampworking manipulating hot glass into a piece of art with function.

• Students will learn: The basic motor skills of the art of glassblowing. Knowledge of the art and how to make a marble using borosilicate glass.

• Cost: $50 + $10 material fee

• Teacher:  Chris Bonner and Ryan Bagz, local glass artisans with over 20 years glass experience.

• Date: March 25, 2018 12:30pm - 2:30pm.

• Location: Ideaworks Fresno - 1742 H Street, Fresno, CA 93721 

Students should not wear any synthetic clothing, such as nylon or polyester. Also no open toed shoes like flip-flops or sandals.

Regular membership is $40 per month and 50% off regular membership ($20 per month) for students, seniors, out of area, military – active, reserve or veteran. Current members of Ideaworks Makerspaces are not eligible for this promotion. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.    

CANCELLATION, CHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY

This is a high demand event with limited spaces available. A request of cancellation must be received by email to classes@fresnoideaworks.org 72 Hours prior to the event date to be eligible for a refund. Please note, a $15.00 processing fee will be assessed per cancellation from the total refund.
Regretfully, we are unable to issue refunds and/or credit for a missed class. However, in some circumstances at the discretion of the instructor and management, pending availability, a credit may be given towards future sessions with special circumstances. 
In the case Ideaworks must cancel a class, full registration fees based on the original form payment was made will be refunded.
